How to view and get and application.
To see the property:
1.Send proof of income, net income must be 3x rent
2.schedule time with manager Monday-Friday 10am - 4pm
3. send a pic of the front & back of drivers license to 229-395-0639
4. show up on time
5. send a picture of you in front of the home to manager
6. call manager for remote access
7. send a video to 229-395-0639 locking the door, putting key back in lockbox and twisting the code back up. We change our code every day after 4pm.

- each appliaction may require additional deposit depending on screening results
- we reserve the right to run multiple applications, until deposit is paid to secure for up to 2 weeks.,
- once a application is approved deposit MUST BE RECIEVED to secure the property over any other approved applicants for 2 weeks then becomes non refundable & goes back on market for other applicants.
- We also require approved living conditions. We want to do a video tour of your house your currently residing in.
- some properties may allow pets others may not, we do not allow any aggressive pets, all pets must be up to date on all vaccines with proof given to landlord
if pets are allowed we have a pet fee (not a deposit) it is non refundable. that fee is $250, or more depending on owners requirement, per pet plus and additional $25 per month
